I have to say, I wasn't "feeling it" this week. I was paranoid to hell. Last week, when I should have been at 9w1d, I was measuring at 9w0d. Doesn't sound like much, but up until now I've been measuring exactly on the dot, and I was afraid the growth was slowing down, that I'd have problems just like the last few times.
What I got this morning was this:

10w2d. One *bigger* than expected!
I know those machines have a +/- 5 days, but I just had to know everything was okay.
Right now, the doc thinks things are going to be okay. I have to call in and make my nuchal translucency test to Inova Fairfax soon.
Wow. Just... After three times through where the information just looked bleak, despite the heartbeats, I just had to know this one is doing okay. The doctor estimates the heartbeat at 157 beats per minute, right on cue.
It's really nice to know that everything seems like it's going to be okay.
Tomorrow I can be paranoid. Today, I saw a head, and little arms, and a little heart beating. And that's a wonderful feeling.
