The bleeding's been getting heavier all afternoon, and I just passed something the size of my thumb.
It's over.
I'll call the doctor tomorrow to get the beta numbers and find out what she wants me to do from here. I think I'll want to have the ultrasound anyway just to make sure it's gone. I don't want to be dealing with D&Cs if I don't have to.
The universe has just decided to be one right royal bastard today.
Edit: And one more blob the size of my pinky. If I wasn't sure it's over, I am now.
